Team Calendar was developing in order to help me track my team projects and team member's vacations. When I tried to do it using Microsoft Outlook, I realized that it lack of several capabilities I wanted:

• Setting an event with no specific time (just the day).
• Showing repeatable daily reminder
• Notify event several days before it happened
• I did not want to mix my daily schedule (managed by Microsoft Outlook) and the team events
