Applications Usage Monitor logs the usage and the time of use of the applications in your system into a file.
You may also monitor the usage of system memory: Physical RAM, Pagefile, Virtual memory, and memory load.
And files and directories status in selected folders.

Applications Usage Monitor can be set to run unattended: running silently in the background without display of taskbar icon and splash and closing itself automatically after a specified period of hours. Since version 4, all features and options are independent and optional, this makes Applications Usage Monitor even more flexible to monitor only what one needs. Applications Usage Monitor is free.
